1 lb frozen corn
4 avocados, diced
1 can black beans, drained
4 1/2 oz can sliced olives
1 red pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
3-5 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 Cup oil ( I used less)
1/4 Cup lemon juice
3 TBL apple cider vinegar
